Now for the rest of us Boomers, why is a posting with such an obscure headline listed under “Careers”?  The reason is a lot of us have cobwebs between our fingers when it comes to exploring the newest capabilities of the Web.  And knowing what the Web has to offer can make us more flexible, agile, open, creative and a lot of other characteristics highly desirable in an IT employee.  In short, the more about the Web we know, the more marketable we become.
